Tea Making Tips
Boil water and allow it to cool slightly. Pour hot water into a cup and add one tea bag per cup. Wait for few minutes and stir, remove the tea bag and enjoy your tea.
Take 1 cup of Moringa/Chamomile tea everyday preferably before going to bed. You can add tea spoon of organic honey or brown sugar in it for better taste but try to avoid white sugar.
