Tea Making Tips

Boil water and allow it to cool slightly. Pour hot water into a cup and add one tea bag per cup. Wait for few minutes and stir, remove the tea bag and enjoy your tea.

Directions

Take 1-2 cups of Moringa / Cardamom  tea everyday preferably early morning empty stomach or evening time before lunch. You can add tea spoon of organic honey or brown sugar in it for better taste but avoid white sugar.
